The Q-Form FrontPage Wizard is easy to use. There are certain required areas. Please follow this guide to insure the proper use of the Wizard.

Opening Screen
This is the opening screen. This is merely an introduction to the Q-Form Wizard and there are no selectable items on this page. Remember that you MUST have Microsoft FrontPage installed on your computer or the Wizard will not generate your Form Page.

You MUST have a Full Version of Microsoft FrontPage. FrontPage Express will not function with the Wizard.
