This area contains instructions on using and modifying the Q-Form FrontPage Wizard to create and customize Internet Form Pages which will Automatically create contacts in GoldMine®. There are two sections.

Section One
This provides basic instructions on how to use the Wizard. It shows the Wizard screen by screen and explains the selectable items and their potential use.

Section Two
This is an advanced section which provides instructions on how to customize your Internet Form Page for maximum results. It demonstrates how to create Pull-Down menus, Radio Buttons and Check Boxes.
