Once you have created your new Automated Process you can attach it to a contact.

In GoldMine® select the Main Contact Window and go to the "Tracks" tab.

Place you cursor in the large data area just below "Process" and "Last Event", now right mouse click and select "Attach Process". You will see the following screen:

Select the "NEW AUTOMATED PROCESSES", choose the "Attaching User", and select "OK". Your automated Process has now been attached.

To launch Automated Processes go to the File Bar in GoldMine® and select "File", "Automated Processes", "Execute Processes". This will bring up a screen which determines how Automated Processes will be launched. Make the selection appropriate to your needs.
